Dilution plating of seed extract of 10.000 tomato seed on mTMB medium. Seed extract created by soaking seed in phosphate buffer overnight, stationary @4C. Extracted after incubation by 4min of stomaching. A white cloudy halo (as clearly visible at the bottom picture) is expected surrounding the yellow XantPF colony. in the top picture this is less clearly visible.
