Immunoblot kit used: Agrinostics Ltd, Phytoscreen, Epichloe seed (Cat # ENDO 7971). For this kit, blue staining indicates infected seed. For this particular sample, 74% of the 100 plated seeds were positive. Top right indicates the controls from the kit, dark spot is positive.
